Kids Compass strives to help children find their way to their fullest potential. We provide various types of therapy for children that enable them to embrace their unique qualities and BE the best versions of themselves. We do this through a range of approaches.

Occupational Therapy

OT helps children develop functional skills needed to take part in everyday activities – from playing, dressing, to making friends and participating in school activities (e.g. sitting, writing, reading etc).

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a special form of counselling for children. In play therapy, materials and toys are used by children to communicate their thoughts and feelings through play – children’s natural form of expression. The child and play therapist build a therapeutic relationship where the child can safely express, explore and make sense of their life experiences.

Animal Assisted Therapy for Children

AAT provides therapeutic enrichment by helping children exercise relational skills, develop empathy, and provide valuable insight on how children perceive their world.
